CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2373/2020 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
Por tanto;
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “Mandarinal” al tramo ubicada entre las manzanas 3370, 6141, y 6140 del Barrio Kennedy.------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art. 2º DENOMINESE calle “Inga” al tramo ubicada entre las manzanas 3370, 6141, y 6140del Barrio Kennedy.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art. 3º DENOMINESE calle “El Mago” al tramo ubicada entre las manzanas 6141 y 6140 del Barrio Kennedy.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art. 4º DENOMINESE calle “San Miguel” al tramo ubicada entre las manzanas 6140 y la Fracción Restante del Barrio Kennedy.------------------------------------------------------------------
Art. 5º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.-----
