VISTO: la minuta presentada en forma verbal por el Concejal Javier Trinidad s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calles. Y.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 1972/2.019 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
Por tanto;
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE: como Calle “Excombatiente Diego López Godoy” al tramo conocido como “Yerba Ley” (calle Luis Alberto del Paraná), ubicada a la altura del km 18,600, partiendo desde la Ruta Nº 2 Mcal. José Félix Estigarribia en dirección norte hasta su intersección con la calle Estudiantes Capiateños.-------------------------------------------------------
Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
