ORDENANZA Nº 31/2.022 POR LA CUAL SE DENOMINA LA NOMENCLATURA DE CALLE EN EL LUGAR DENOMINADO BARRIO SAN BLAS, CÑIA 17º CERRITO, DEL DISTRITO DE CAPIATÁ

VISTO: el Exp. Nº 7.432/2022 caratulado Comisión de Fomento Urbano La Esperanza s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.-----------------------------------------------------------------
CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 317/2022 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.

Por tanto; LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA: Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “12 de Junio” al tramo con una longitud aproximado de 80mts., en dirección Sur a Norte ubicado entre los lotes 446 y 436 del barrio San Blas, de la ciudad de Capiatá.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 2º DENOMINESE calle “Mcal. Estigarribia” al tramo con una longitud aproximado de 140mts., en dirección Este a Oeste ubicado entre los lotes 446 y 436 del barrio San Blas, de la ciudad de Capiatá.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 3º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------ DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA HONORABLE JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATA, A LOS VEINTE Y SEIS DIAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTE Y DOS.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jorge Alberto Flores Bordón Secretario Gral.
