CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 1943/2.019 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
