CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 1.526/2024 de la Comisión Asesora de Planificación Urbanística y Ordenamiento Territorial se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “Los Lapachos” al inmueble de Dominio Público Municipal, ubicado en la Cñia. 7 Ybyraro, Barrio Nueva Esperanza, del Distrito de Capiatá.-----------------
Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
