CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 285/2022 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
Por tanto;
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “Samuel Jhuh” al tramo ubicado entre las Manzanas 409, 410, 411 y 412 del Barrio San José, de conformidad al informe de la dirección de Catastro y a la nota presenta por los vecinos.--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
