VISTO: el Exp. Nº 7.454/2019 caratulado Vecinos de la Cñia. 4ª Costa Salinares s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 1883/2.019 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular, tramitado por el propietario del mismo.
Por tanto;
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE: como calle como “Don Raimundo Montiel Aranda”, al tramo de la calle producto del loteamiento del Señor Sergio Zárate y lindante a la propiedad de la familia Montiel Aranda del Barrio Santa Catalina.--------------------------------------------------------------
Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
