CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2220/2025 de la Comisión de Planificación Urbanística y Ordenamiento Territorial, se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “San Miguel” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 0964, 1273, 0963, 1274, 0962, 1275, 0961, 1276, 1149, 0960, 0951, 0959. 0952, 0958, y 0953, de la Cía. 9ª Rojas Cañada, barrio San José, del distrito de Capiatá.-------------------------------------
Art. 2º DENOMINESE calle “8 de Agosto” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 0965, 0964, 3932, 0963, 3933, 0962, 3934, 0961, 3935, 0960, 3936, 0959, 3937, 0959, 3937, 0958, 3497, 3496, y 0957 de la Cía. 9ª Rojas Cañada, barrio San José del Distrito de Capiatá.--------
Art. 3º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
