VISTO: el Exp. Nº 7.572/2024 caratulado Comisión de Fomento Urbano San Roque s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.--------------------------------------------------------------------
CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 1431/2024 de la Comisión Asesora de Planificación Urbanística y Ordenamiento Territorial se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “Manantial” al tramo de la calle comprendida entre la calle Ex. Combatiente Cayo Ramírez hasta la calle Yataity, ubicada entre las manzanas 0393 y 0394, del barrio San Roque Centro de la ciudad de Capiatá.-----------------------------------------
Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
