VISTO: la nota presentado por la Comisión de Fomento Urbano Campo Vía s/ solicitud de actualización de la calle principal y sus paralelas. Y.------------------------------------------------
CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.

Por tanto;

LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:

Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “Campo Vía” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 3835, 831, 3856, 829, 3857, 828, 3858, 827, 3859, 825, 2387, y 824, del Barrio Santa Silvia.---------------

Art. 2º DENOMINESE calle “Las Residentas” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 831, y 829, del Barrio Santa Silvia.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Art. 3º DENOMINESE calle “Santa Silvia” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 829 y 828, del Barrio Santa Silvia.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Art. 4º DENOMINESE calle “Manuel Ortiz Guerrero” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 828 y 827, del Barrio Santa Silvia.-----------------------------------------------------------
