ORDENANZA Nº 14/2.020 POR LA CUAL SE DENOMINA LA NOMENCLATURA DE CALLE UBICADA EN EL KM 21 RUTA DEPARTAMENTAL Nº D027 - COMPAÑIA 18 LOMA BARRERO, DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ

VISTO: el Exp. Nº 1866/2020 caratulado Comisión Vecinal Unidos por María Cristina s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.--------------------------------------------------------------------

CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2173/2020 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.

Por tanto; LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA: Art. 1º DENOMINESE: como calle “El Triunfo” al tramo ubicado a aproximadamente 100m de la Manzana 4006 del Barrio Loma Barrero.-------------------------------------------------- Art. 2º DENOMINESE: como calle “La Esperanza” al tramo ubicado a aproximadamente 200m de la Manzana 4006 del Barrio Loma Barrero.-------------------------------------------------- Art. 3º DENOMINESE: como calle “La Amistad” al ubicado a aproximadamente 300m de la Manzana 4006 del Barrio Loma Barrero.------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 4º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.----- DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA HONORABLE JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATA, A LOS TRECE DIAS DEL MES DE MAYO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTE.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jorge Alberto Flores Bordón Secretario Gral.
