CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2625/2021 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DEROGAR en todo sus términos la Ordenanza Nº 37/2019 POR LA CUAL SE AUTORIZA EL USUFRUCTO DE ITINERARIO A LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE Y TURISMO SAN CARLOS SRL – LÍNEA 79, DENTRO DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ.---
Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
