ORDENANZA Nº 13/2.020 POR LA CUAL SE DENOMINA LA NOMENCLATURA DE CALLE UBICADA EN EL BARRIO CERRITO DE LA COMPAÑÍA 17, DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ

VISTO: el Exp. JM Nº 1093/2020 caratulado vecinos del Barrio Cerrito de la Cñia 17 s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.--------------------------------------------------------------------

CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2172/2020 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.

Por tanto; LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA: Art. 1º DENOMINESE: como calle “Juan de Dios Gabriaguez” al tramo ubicado en el inicio del puente que une el Barrio Cerrito con el Barrio San Miguel, hasta su intersección con la calle Ytororo.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.----- DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA HONORABLE JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATA, A LOS TRECE DIAS DEL MES DE MAYO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTE.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jorge Alberto Flores Bordón Secretario Gral.
