CONSIDERANDO LAS INNUMERABLES QUEJAS DE LA CIUDADANÍA POR EL MAL SERVICIO QUE PRESTA SE AUTORIZA A LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE LÍNEA 96 EL USUFRUCTO DEL ITINERARIO EN FORMA PROVISORIA LOS RAMALES 1RA. 2DA. 3RA. 4TA COMPAÑÍAS Y PIRO´Y......
VISTO: Nota del Viceministerio de Transporte s/ solicitud de informe con relación a la Empresa de Transporte La Candelaria Capiatá S.R.L.- Línea 52. Y.
CONSIDERANDO: la moción concreta presentada por el Concejal Bernardo Sosa para el tratamiento de la nota del Viceministerio de Transporte en carácter de minuta, así como sobre los análisis y deliberaciones sobre el particular, con el agravante de las constantes quejas por parte de la ciudadanía por el mal servicio.
Art. 1º CANCELAR el usufructo del itinerario a la Empresa de Transporte y Turismo La Candelaria S.R.L.-Línea 52, en los ramales 1ra. 2da. 3ra. 4ta. Compañías y Piro´y, considerando las innumerables quejas de la ciudadanía por el mal servicio que presta.
Art. 2º AUTORIZAR a la Empresa de Transporte Línea 96 el usufructo del itinerario en forma provisoria los ramales 1ra. 2da. 3ra. 4ta Compañías y Piro´y hasta tanto el Viceministerio de Transporte se expida en forma definitiva a la cuestión.
Art. 3º: COMUNIQUESE: a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.
