VISTO: el Exp. Nº 3114/2026 caratulado Comisión Vecinal Asentamiento 4 de Diciembre s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.-----------------------------------------------------------------

CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2799/2026 de la Comisión de Planificación Urbanística y Ordenamiento Territorial, se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.

Por tanto;

LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:

Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “Virgen de Caacupé” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 2672 y 2671, del Barrio Nueva Esperanza, Cía. 7ª Posta Ybyraro del Distrito de Capiatá.-----

Art. 2º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.------
