ORDENANZA Nº 03/2.022 POR LA CUAL SE DENOMINA LA NOMENCLATURA DE CALLE UBICADO EN EL LUGAR DENOMINADO BARRIO VIRGEN DE FÁTIMA DEL DISTRITO DE CAPIATÁ

VISTO: el Exp. Nº 6536/2021 caratulado Francisco Solano Hidalgo s/ solicitud de nomenclatura de calle. Y.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 073/2022 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.

Por tanto; LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA: Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “San Francisco” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 2991, 2992, 2993, 2994, 3030, 2021, 2053, 3348, 3352, 3351, 3350, 3349, 0983, 0979, 0982 y 0981, en toda su extensión.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 2º DENOMINESE calle “Luis Alberto del Paraná” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 0979, 4100, 098, 4106 y 5118, en toda su extensión.-------------------------------------- Art. 3º DENOMINESE calle “Sagrado Corazón de Jesús” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 0981 y 0982, en toda su extensión.----------------------------------------------------------- Art. 4º DENOMINESE calle “16 de Agosto” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 3350, 0982, 0983 y 3349, en toda su extensión.---------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 5º DENOMINESE calle “San Antonio” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 3351 y 3350, en toda su extensión.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 6º DENOMINESE calle “3 de Mayo” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 3351, 3352, 3348, 3349, 5269 y 3047, en toda su extensión.-------------------------------------------------------- Art. 7º DENOMINESE calle “San Valentín” al tramo ubicado entre la manzana 3352, en toda su extensión.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 8º DENOMINESE calle “Jesús María” al tramo ubicado entre las manzanas 2053 y 2051, en toda su extensión.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Art. 9º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.-- DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA HONORABLE JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATA, A LOS DIEZ Y SEIS DIAS DEL MES DE FEBRERO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTE Y DOS.--------------------------------------------------------------- Jorge Alberto Flores Bordón Secretario Gral.
