CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Dictamen Nº 2455/2020 de la Comisión Asesora de Infraestructura Pública y Servicios se informó sobre el trámite dado al citado en el VISTO de la presente, así como sobre los estudios realizados sobre el particular.
Por tanto;
LA JUNTA MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CAPIATÁ REUNIDA EN CONSEJO ORDENA:
Art. 1º DENOMINESE calle “La Encarnación” al tramo paralela a Fulgencio Cabrera y Transversal a la Avenida Tte. Leonardo Salinas, del Barrio Kennedy.------------------------------
Art. 2º DENOMINESE calle Virgen del Rosario” al tramo de la Calle paralela a Chaco Boreal y Transversal a las calles Fulgencio Cabrera y Lapacho, del Barrio Kennedy.------------
Art. 3º COMUNIQUESE a la Intendencia Municipal, publíquese y cumplido archívese.-----
